All of our rings and jewelry are packaged in beautiful presentation boxes that come enclosed in a second outer box.

 Shipping in the U.S.

Our orders in the USA are shipped FREE via UPS. with signature confirmation. Insurance is included FREE OF CHARGE! Expedited Shipping via UPS and Fedex is also available. If you need your order expedited, please call Customer Service.

 Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to give you plenty of time to get acquainted with your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have a full 30 days to return your merchandise. The 30 days are counted from the day you receive your order from us, not the date you placed the order. All returns & exchanges must contain merchandise in new condition including the original jewelry box it came in. You may use your own outer shipping box or you may reuse the box we originally shipped your order in. Please call or email us for a Return Authorization number. 

 Custom Ring Return Policy

Our custom designs and Ring Specials Offers, include some of the most beautiful jewelry ever produced. Since our custom design, ring specials, and jewelry are one of a kind, designed or made just for the client, we are unable to accept returns on any custom or ring special offers. Any ring ordered in other than the base configuration shown on the site or other than White Gold is considered custom and therefore not returnable. All Tennis Bracelets are made in 7 inch lengths and made when ordered, and therefore are not returnable. All deposits for CAD fees are not refundable if merchandise is not put into production.
