All returns & exchanges must contain merchandise in new including the original jewelry box it came in. Since our custom design, ring specials, and jewelry are one of a kind, designed or made just for the client, we are unable to accept returns on any custom or ring special offers. Any ring ordered in other than the base configuration shown on the site or other than White Gold is considered custom and therefore not returnable. All Tennis Bracelets are made in 7 inch lengths and made when ordered, and therefore are not returnable.
